Enjoy our Demonstrations Day on Saturday 1 July at a lovely new venue for us on the outskirts of York.
We are thrilled to introduce Ribana Cristescu - multi award winning sugarcraft artist, tutor and judge - who will be giving us a demonstration in the morning and a second one after lunch.
Learn how to decorate your cakes using the brilliant Palette Knife painting technique and then create eye-catching Wafer Paper Decorations.
Refreshments and a buffet lunch are included in the price of £45. The day will begin at 10am and ends at 4pm.

Our local branches usually meet once a month for a demonstration or workshop on various aspects of cake decorating.
With invited guest demonstrators sharing their skills, techniques and ideas, you will always learn something new.
Visitors are very welcome. Meet like-minded folk, make new friends, and enjoy the shared love of our craft.
