In July 2023, we held another popular Day of Demonstrations featuring Ribana Cristescu who showed us ‘Palette Knife Painting’ with buttercream, and ‘Wafer Paper Decorations’.
Workshop in tribute to Nadene Hurst
In May 2023, we held a special royal icing workshop at Knaresborough, in tribute to Nadene Hurst. The Sugar Collage technique was devised by Nadene and she published a book on the topic.
Sugar Skills Weekend 2023
Our Sugar Skills Weekend was held in March and students enjoyed a Spring Sugar Flowers class with Ann Parker, and fun Easter Bunny Basket class with Debbie Cox.
